The European Organic Congress is fully booked!
It is no longer possible to register or to book accommodation through us.
We regret that is is no longer possible to register for the congress or to book accommodation through IFOAM EU.
Important note on payment of VAT!
The Belgian TAX authorities have finally clarified that we can not reclaim the taxes. Therefore all participants who have paid congress fees and accommodation online, will have 21 % of the paid amount paid back into their bank account.
IFOAM EU appologise for any confusion and inconvenience that this may have caused.

Prices
- Basic congress fee (1,5 days full congress programme): € 40,-
- IFOAM members: € 34,-
- Student package: € 68,30
(includes full congress participation, evening event, and
2 nights accommodation (3rd-5th December) in 2- or 4-bed rooms.
If you would like to rent sheets and towels for the 2-bed room
accommodation, it costs additional €6.50
- Welcome reception Monday 3rd December 18:30: FREE
- Evening event: € 35,-

Future challenges of agriculture in a changing environment'
and organic gala dinner with cultural programme).
Payment conditions
It is possible to pay via all major credit cards and by invoice. Note that Invoices must be paid within 3 days of receiving it, to obtain the reductions on the fee of IFOAM-EU membership, early registration and booking of accommodation via IFOAM-EU.
Cancellation fee:
By cancellation before October 15th: -10 %
Cancellation between October 15th and November 15th: The price of the booked accommodation + a €5 administration fee will be deducted from the returned amount.
By cancellation after November 15th we can unfortunately not offer any reductions in the paid congress fees.
